Create Resource Group

This page provides steps to create a resource group in Azure Portal. Resource group is used to organise various resources created for a project in the Azure Portal.

1. Navigate to Azure Portal and click "Resource groups"

1. Click "Create resource group".

1. Select your subscription.

1. Click the "Resource group" field and enter the resource group name "ResGrp-EE5127-001".

1. Select the nearest region where this resource should be located. I have selected "(Europe) UK West". Then click "Review+create".

1. Click "Create" and the resource group will be created
